We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrative Assistant. This position will serve as a point of contact for our Sales Team, Distributors and Consumers and requires exceptional communication and customer services skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Direct support to our VP of Sales, National Accounts and Sales Team
  • Point of contact for Distributors and Consumers
  • Invoice Management
  • Sales Call Software Management
  • New Sales Hire Onboarding
  • Meeting/Event Planning
  • Preparation of State Label Approvals to Ensure Distribution

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a team-based work environment
  • Sales related experience including distributor support and reporting systems
  • Proven organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Requires advanced Word, Powerpoint, Excel skills
  • Ability to grasp additional Computer Applications, (IDig,VIP, KARMA)
  • Sound coordination skills with internal and external contacts
  • Effective communication skills in all formats: Personal, phone, email, written
  • Analytical experience in researching, gathering and evaluating statistics
